Illness policy

Children must be fever-free for 24 hours without medication before returning. We follow CDC and Virginia licensing guidelines for common illnesses.

Allergies & food

We provide balanced meals prepared with allergy awareness. Notify us of any allergies at enrollment and we'll build an individualized plan.

Medication

Prescribed medication can be administered with a signed authorization form and the medication in its original container.

Security

Secured entry, sign-in/out for every child, background-checked staff, and an authorized pickup list you control.

Emergency preparedness

Monthly fire and shelter-in-place drills. First-aid and CPR-certified staff on site at all times.

Cleaning & hygiene

Daily disinfection of classrooms and toys, frequent handwashing routines, and separate diapering and food-prep areas.
